Methods
UPS ground, 2nd day air and Next Day Air. We use UPS, exclusively. USPS, Fedex and DHL are not available. |
Notification
You will be notified by email, within 24 hours of the shipping of your order. |
Time of Delivery
Orders will usually ship from our plant in 2-3 days. Your email notification will estimate the time of delivery for the order. |

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated by the UPS server based on weight, destination and time constraints. |
| Returns |
Some items can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. (click here for items that may be returned) Other items are not stocked on the shelf and are manufactured to fill your order. These items are not returnable and are marked on the order page as Not Returnable.
Design Your Own tabs, which are custom items made especially for you, are not returnable. Please Note - A rigorous inspection of returned items is performed on receipt of the product before accepting for return. The items must be in new, resellable condition (original packaging and undamaged). Unless this condition is met, the items will be rejected for return. |
Terms for Returns
Product must be in new, resaleable condition. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
We cannot accept COD deliveries. |
Procedure
Please contact The Folder Place at 1-800-390-8992 or thru the Contact Us page to submit your request for the return of inventory items only.
Upon authentication, we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) to you. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the packaging in a visible location. Please include your packing slip or a copy of the invoice with the return shipment. Products must be tightly and securely packages to avert damage in transit. Loose cartons will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the original shipping date. |
Credits
Orders paid by credit card will be credited to your account within 30 days of the return. We will deduct the original shipping charges and the restocking fee from the original amount of the invoice and credit the balance to your account. |
| Cancellations |
A cancellation fee will apply to any cancelled Design Your Own custom items. The cancellation fee will range from a 25 % to 100% charge of the base charges .The fee amount will depend upon the stage to which the order has been processed. The fee for an order that has been completed but not shipped will be 100 % less any applicable freight charges.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
